The administration of the TaxMasters bankruptcy estate is nearing a conclusion. The Bankruptcy Court has recently approved the Trustee’s motion to reclassify certain claims filed by former clients/customers of the Debtors and has approved final administrative procedures. Pursuant to these final administrative procedures, the Trustee made distributions (via mailed checks) on November 18, 2019. You may click on this link to see a list of all claims that were allowed. You may also review additional information regarding your claim by clicking on the “Claims” icon located above this text. Please keep in mind, the Trustee is unable to pay 100% of the allowed claims as there are not enough funds. Priority claimants who were former clients/customers of the Debtors will receive only a percentage of their priority claim.
