On September 3, 2013, Fairmont General Hospital, Inc. and one (1) affiliate company (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Patrick M. Flatley.
