NOTE: Pursuant to the Final Decree Closing Chapter 11 Cases dated October 26, 2022 [Docket No. 1420], the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases were closed. This site is left up for archival purposes.

On August 16, 2013 (the “Petition Date”), LMI Legacy Holdings Inc. (f/k/a Landauer Healthcare Holdings, Inc.), et al. (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Christopher S. Sontchi. The Debtors are seeking to have their cases jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that upon entry of such an order all pleadings will be maintained on the case docket, LMI Legacy Holdings Inc. (f/k/a Landauer Healthcare Holdings, Inc.), Case No. 13-12098 (the “Main Case Docket”). Hearing on Solicitation of Debtors’ Revised Disclosure Statement

A hearing to consider preliminary approval of the Revised Disclosure Statement, approval of solicitation procedures with respect to the Plan of Liquidation, and related relief will be held before the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge, at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 North Market Street, 5th Floor, Courtroom No. 6, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, on March 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) (the “Solicitation Hearing”). The Solicitation Hearing may be adjourned from time to time without further notice, except for the announcement of the adjourned date(s) through the agenda for the Solicitation Hearing or at the Solicitation Hearing or any continued hearing(s).

Asset Sales

On January 6, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the sale of substantially all of the Debtors' assets to LMI DME Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Quadrant Management, Inc. The sale closed on February 7, 2014.

On February 27, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving a change in the name of Landauer Healthcare Holdings, Inc. to LMI Legacy Holdings Inc. Similar name changes were approved for the other Debtors as reflected on the chart below.

Section 341 Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to [Docket #232], the deadline for the filing of proofs of claim against the Debtors in these cases has been established by the Bankruptcy Court as November 8, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) for the General Bar Date and 503(b)(9) Bar Date; November 26, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) for the Administrative Expense Claims Bar Date (excluding 503(b)(9) claims); and on February 12, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) for the Governmental Bar Date.
