If you hold a Claim against one of the Debtors and are entitled to vote to accept or reject the Debtors’ plan of reorganization, you are not required to submit your vote(s) to accept or reject the Debtors’ plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) by August 20, 2010. The debtors and debtors in possession have filed a motion to extend the deadline to vote to accept or reject the Plan from August 20, 2010 to a date that will be determined by the Court.

On December 8, 2008 and October 12, 2009, Tribune Company, et al., (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
