General Information
On May 1, 2009, TMST, Inc. f/k/a Thornburg Mortgage, Inc. and four (4) of its affiliates (collectively, the
"Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland seeking relief under
chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Duncan W. Keir.
Pursuant to an order entered on July 27, 2009 (Docket No. 265), the Bankruptcy Court authorized changes to the names of four of the Debtors, including the lead Debtor. This name change does not affect the bankruptcy proceedings, outstanding debt and equity of any of the Debtors or loans owned and/or serviced by the Debtors.
On October 23, 2009 and October 26, 2009, respectively, the Bankruptcy Court entered orders appointing a Chapter 11 Trustee in the cases of TMST, Inc., TMST Acquisition Subsidiary and TMST Home Loans, Inc. (Docket No. 490 in Case 09-17787) and TMST Hedging Strategies, Inc. (Docket No. 16 in Case 09-17792).
Subsequently, an order was entered (Docket No. 516) severing ADFITECH, Inc. from joint administration with the Chapter 11 cases of TMST, Inc. f/k/a Thornburg Mortgage, Inc., TMST Acquisition Subsidiary, Inc. f/k/a Thornburg Acquisition Subsidiary, Inc., TMST Home Loans, Inc. f/k/a Thornburg Mortgage Home Loans, Inc., and TMST Hedging Strategies, Inc. f/k/a Thornburg Mortgage Hedging Strategies, Inc. (the "TMST Debtors"). All further pleadings and other papers related to the Chapter 11 case of ADFITECH, Inc. shall be filed, and all further docket entries with respect thereto shall be made, in Case No. 09-17788 (DWK). The TMST Debtors' cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings will be maintained on
