General Information

On August 25, 2010, Trico Marine Services, Inc., Trico Marine Assets, Inc., Trico Marine Operators, Inc., Trico Marine International, Inc., Trico Marine Cayman, L.P., and Trico Holdco, LLC (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
