GENERAL INFORMATION

On April 07, 2008, The Education Resources Institute, Inc., a.k.a. and doing business as TERI (the "Debtor") filed a petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, Eastern Division seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
