On March 22, 2010, South Bay Expressway, L.P. and California Transportation Ventures, Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Southern District of California seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Louise D. Adler. On April 14th, 2011 the Bankruptcy Court For The Southern District Of California Entered an Order Confirming The Debtors’ Third Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, dated as of March 3, 2011.
Section 341 Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code previously scheduled for April 27, 2010, 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) has been continued. Proofs of Claim
The deadline for the filing of proofs of claim against the Debtors was established by the Bankruptcy Court as:
July 20, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. Prevailing Pacific Time for the General and Section 503(b)(9) Bar Date. This is the date by which all entities (which includes individual persons, estates, trusts, partnerships, and corporations, among others) must file proofs of claim (the "Bar Date").
September 20, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. Prevailing Pacific Time for the Governmental Bar Date. This is the date by which all governmental units holding claims (whether secured, unsecured priority, or unsecured non-priority) must file proofs of claim, including claims for unpaid taxes, whether such claims arise from prepetition tax years or periods or prepetition transactions to which the Debtors were a party (the "Governmental Bar Date").
