On June 22, 2009, Provident Royalties, LLC, and twenty-six (26) subsidiary companies (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas Division) seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Harlin DeWayne Hale. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket for Provident Royalties, LLC, Case No. 09-33886 ("Main Case Docket"). DEBTORS' CONFIRMATION OF FOURTH AMENDED CONSOLIDATED PLAN OF LIQUIDATION

On June 10, 2010, the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas entered an Order Confirming Fourth Amended Consolidated Plan of Liquidation for Debtors' Estates Under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

HEARING ON DEBTORS' DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

A hearing to consider the Adequacy of the Disclosure Statement was held before the Honorable Harlin DeWayne Hale on March 30, 2010, at 1:30 P.M. (CST) and was continued on April 15, 2010 , at 9:00 A.M. (CST) and convened at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court"), Earle Cabell Building, United States Courthouse, 14th Floor, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75242. The Disclosure Statement may be amended at any time prior to or at the Disclosure Statement Hearing, and the Disclosure Statement Hearing may be adjourned from time to time without further notice, except for the announcement of the adjourned date(s) at the Disclosure Statement Hearing or any continued hearing(s).

Section of 341 Meeting of Creditors

In accordance with section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code, a meeting of the Debtors' creditors was conducted on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Office of the United States Trustee, 1100 Commerce St., Room 976, Dallas, TX 75242. The meeting of creditors was continued to Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
