General Information
On March 5, 2012, WAS Services, Inc.(f/k/a Pemco World Air Services, Inc.) and two (2) affiliate companies (collectively, the "Initial Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On April 20, 2012, Sun Aviation Services, LLC also filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Initial Debtors cases, along with the Sun Aviation Services, LLC case, have been assigned to Judge Mary F. Walrath. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket for WAS Services, Inc.(f/k/a Pemco World Air Services, Inc.), Case No. 12-10799 (the "Main Case Docket"). Debtors' Disclosure Statement and Confirmation of First Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation
On April 22, 2013 the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an Order Confirming First Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation for the WAS Debtors and Sun Aviation.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Article V and Section 2.2 of the Plan, the Plan went effective on May 17,2013 (the "Effective Date").

Hearing on Debtors' Disclosure Statement
A hearing to consider the Adequacy of the Disclosure Statement was held before the Honorable Mary F.
