On April 1, 2012, Pinnacle Airlines Corp., Colgan, Inc., Mesaba Aviation, Inc., Pinnacle Airlines, Inc., and Pinnacle East Coast Operations Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Robert E. Gerber. The Debtors' cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes on the case docket for Pinnacle Airlines, Corp., Case No. 12-11343 (the "Main Case Docket"). PNCL Stock Shares

Pinnacle Airlines emerged from Chapter 11 on Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Pursuant to the plan of reorganization approved by the Bankruptcy Court, Delta Air Lines now owns 100 percent of the equity and the former PNCL shares have been canceled. Pinnacle disclosed on January 3 in an SEC filing, and the media reported, that all outstanding shares of PNCL stock would be canceled upon emergence. Beginning Thursday, May 2, 2013, PNCL stock is no longer being traded.
