On November 23, 2009, The Majestic Star Casino, LLC and related companies (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Judge Kevin Gross. The Debtors are seeking to have their cases jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that, if an order is entered approving the Debtors' request, all pleadings for all of the Debtors will be maintained on the case docket for The Majestic Star Casino, LLC, Case No. 09-14136 (the "Main Case Docket").
