GENERAL INFORMATION

On January 6, 2009, April 24, 2009 and May 8, 2009, Lyondell Chemical Company and ninety three (93) of its affiliates (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. A complete list of Debtors can be found by clicking here. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Judge Robert E. Gerber. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket 09-10023 (the “Main Case Docket”).
