K-V Discovery Solutions, Inc

General Information

On August 4, 2012, K-V Discovery Solutions, Inc., along with (7) related entities (collectively, the “Debtors”), filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Judge Allan L. Gropper. The Debtors are seeking to have their cases jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that upon entry of such an order all pleadings will be maintained on the case docket for K-V Discovery Solutions, Inc., Case No. 12-13346 (the "Main Case Docket"). Gropper of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on May 1, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. (prevailing Eastern time), or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Courtroom 617, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004, to consider the entry of an order granting the relief requested in the Disclosure Statement Motion.

In accordance with section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code, a meeting of the Debtors' creditors was conducted on September 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern time), at the Office of the United States Trustee, 80 Broad Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
