On May 3, 2012, Hawker Beechcraft, Inc. and seventeen (17) affiliated companies (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Stuart M. Bernstein. Bar Date for Rejection Damages Claims Related to Rejection of Hawker 4000 and Premier I and IA Jets Aircraft Warranty and Support Plus Obligations

On November 15, 2012, the Debtors filed the Debtors’ First Omnibus Motion for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Debtors to Reject Certain Aircraft Warranty and Support Obligations Related to Hawker 4000 and Premier I and IA Jets Effective as of November 15, 2012 [Docket No. 777]. Pursuant to the related proposed order, the counterparties to rejected contracts shall be required to file a rejection damages claim, if any, relating to the rejection by the first business day that is 30 days after the date of entry of an order approving the motion. The motion will be considered at the November 29, 2012 hearing.
