General Information
On September 14, 2005, Delta Air Lines, Inc., and Comair, Inc. (collectively, the “Reorganized Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”) seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On April 25, 2007, the Reorganized
Debtors’ Joint Plan of Reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code was confirmed by the Court and became effective on April 30, 2007. On December 16, 2010, the Court entered an Order Granting Reorganized Debtors Motion for an Order (I) for Final Decree Closing their Chapter 11 Cases and (II) Deeming Distribution to Certain Holders of Allowed Claims to be Undeliverable Distributions. Final distribution of all claims for the Reorganized Debtors will be made on or before March 31, 2011. These cases were jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket 05-17923 (“Main Case Docket”). The Main Case Docket can be accessed through the website maintained by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York
