Chapter 11 Proceedings

On April 30th, 2009, Old Carco LLC (f/k/a Chrysler LLC) and twenty-five (25) of its affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. A complete list of Debtors can be found under the Debtors section below.

The Debtors have filed a motion seeking to jointly administer these cases for procedural purposes; and if approved, all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on the case docket for Old Carco LLC (f/k/a Chrysler LLC), Case No. 09-50002 (the "Main Case Docket"). as the deadline for governmental units to file proofs of claim for claims against any Debtors other than Alpha Holding LP and (b)
November 15, 2009 at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, as the deadline for governmental units to file proofs of claim for claims against Alpha Holding LP.
The Rejection Bar Date
Pursuant to Docket # 5018, the United States Bankruptcy Court has ordered that any entity asserting
claims arising from or relating to the rejection of executory contracts or unexpired
leases, in accordance with section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and pursuant to an
order entered prior to the confirmation of a plan of liquidation in the applicable
Debtor's chapter 11 case (any such order, a "Rejection Order"), or claims
otherwise related to such rejected agreements, including (i) secured claims,
unsecured priority claims and unsecured nonpriority claims that arose or are
deemed to have arisen prior to the applicable Filing Date and (ii) administrative
claims under section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code are required to file proofs of claim by the later of (a) the
General Bar Date and (b) 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the date that is 30 days after
the entry of the relevant Rejection Order.
